Hey! I am looking for a plan for 40+ masters 3hr MTB race in Pisgah. The event is November 11 th and is 22 miles with around 2700’ of elevation. Most of the climbs are steep gravel and some are technical singletrack. Ive done this route plenty of times before in around 3hrs. I would like to shoot to pr the course. What would your recommendation for my training plan be? Thanks in advance!!
