Thanks for the advice so far.
My legs and lungs are getting so strong compared to before, I am looking forward to my first race this year (March 21st)
My next race is a 3 day race on July 3-5th.
It is in the Grasslands of Mongolia, and although it is raced on MTBs, top 6 spots last year went to Roadies.
The course is not techinical, not hilly (by MTB standards, more like gentle climbs) and follows a dirt road.
Which plan should I get next?

45km – 45km- 85km for the race

I was looking at the 4 day one, but because it is mainly flatish I wasn't to sure.
Yeah I'm looking forward to it, we stay in Yurhts as well, so should be good fun
