I just completed day 5 of the 24 hr personal best training plan. I signed up to do a solo 24 in the 24 Hours of Old Pueblo this year. So week one is almost over, how fatigued should I feel after the workouts? I am concerned that my ftp is not high enough, as I have felt pretty good after the workouts each day.
A few questions:
1. Did you do the performance test on week 1 day 2?
2. What were your results from your test?
3. Do you feel like it was a full effort and accurate test?
