      Congrats on your success with the plan so far.

      I recommend you finish out the Base plan and cut short the 12 hour Finisher plan by eliminating the first few weeks.

      Although heart rate and power do not track in a linear manner using the same zones and power levels works well for the 12 hour plan.

      The best option is to follow the 12 hour plan for the 12 hour race then move on to the 100 miler plan for the hundie. The plans are very similar tho' and using the same plan twice will work fine too. You will probably ride very close to 100 miles in 12 hours at Mesa Verde.
