ParticipantHi Lynda,
Currently I'm doing the 100 km Marathon Mountain Bike Race Personal Record Training Plan. I have a 60 mile race May 19th, then four weeks later I have a the Bailey Hundo 100 mile race. Of course, I'll take a week recovery, and then have three weeks to prepare. My question is what do I do to best prepare? Can I repeat weeks from my 100 km Marathon Mountain Bike Race Personal Record Training Plan and just bump the 4-5 hour rides a couple hours longer? If so, what weeks and how long?
Thanks Again,
Nathan

KeymasterAfter your 60 miler take a recovery week then do week #9, 11 and 12. Extend the long ride in week #9 to 6 hours.

ParticipantSo my race on May 19th was cancelled. On to Plan B. Now that I won't need a full week of recovery, what weeks should I do for four weeks up to my 100 miler? Thanks!
