      Hi Linda,

Can you characterize the differences in the M-F training hours between these two plans (specifically the riding hours)? The summary reports the overall hours are similar (191 vs 195).

It will be hard for me to swing rides during the week in excess of 2-hours. Are there are lot of those in the Stage Race plan vs the 100 mile PR? Like most, I'm much better situated to put longer rides in Sat/Sun.

      Thanks for the insight!

For both plans the weekday ride time requirements are very similar.

Weekday rides vary between 60 min and 2.5 hours. For the 2.5 hour rides it works to cut down the warm up and cool down time and keep the intervals intact. In this way you can chop most weekday rides down to 1.5 hours without losing quality.
