      Hi Lynda,

      I signed up for the 12week-100MTB-PR plan and had a few thoughts and questions.

      Brent,

      Start the 12 week plan on Feb 2nd to finish at Cohutta on 4/25. This puts your 6 hour race on week #9 of the plan. You have a 7 hour training ride planned for that weekend. Doing the 6 hour solo race instead will fit perfectly. It will be a super day to practice your race pacing and nutrition plans.
