Any thoughts?
You will lack endurance for the 100 miler distance following the 4 day stage race plan. The 4 day stage race plan is focused on racing 4 days of about 4-5 hours per stage.
The 4 day stage race plan will get you up to a super fitness level but to prepare specifically for a 100 miler you are best off with one of the 100 miler plans.
The perfect plan is to switch to a 100 miler training plan. If you are not in the position to do that you can carry on with the 4 day plan but add in some longer rides on the weekend to up your endurance level to the 100 miler goal.
I hope that helps.
