Our custom mountain bike training plan is a step between personal coaching and following a generic pre-built training plan. The minimum duration for a custom training plan is 12 weeks.
A 12 week custom training plan includes:
- Full analyses of Athlete Profile including training history, performance and current race goals.
- One telephone consult to discuss goals, schedule and training focus.
- Field testing to set Heart Rate and Power Training levels if applicable.
- Option to add additional telephone consults at the reduced rate of $50 per consult (normally $90)
One 12 week custom training plan including telephone consult is $550. The 12 weeks are consecutive weeks. Payment is due prior to delivery of plan. Longer custom plans of 12+ weeks in duration are available. Fees are $550 for the first 12 weeks and $45 for every consecutive full or partial week thereafter.
