LW Coaching is proud to announce we are partnering with Fool’s Gold 100 & 50 in 2016.
Fool’s Gold 100 is the NUE series final on September 17, 2016 at the beautiful Montaluce Winery and Estates, in Dahlonega, GA. New this season, Fool’s Gold 50 is also the final for the newly created NUE Marathon Series.
LW Coaching has training plans to prepare perfectly for both the 50 and 100 mile distances at Fool’s Gold. Each LW Coaching training plan covers 12 weeks. If you have 12 weeks or less to race day, choose one plan to follow. If you have more than 12 weeks before race day, stack two training plans back-to-back.
