We have released our 2019 NICA SPRING-league High School TEAM mountain bike training plan! We are so excited about this edition of our NICA TEAM training plan. This is our 6th edition and every season the training plan gets better thanks to feedback from student-athletes and coaches. The biggest new addition to the plan this season is the inclusion of the NICA on-the-bike skills progression for our beginner and intermediate riders. Training for our podium level Varsity and JV riders is fine tuned to optimize performance over the season. We are full supporters of NICA and adhere to every rule and guideline in our training plans.
Training starts on Monday December 3rd and follows a progressive 24 week training plan to State finals May 18-19, 2019.

Our head coaches have been asking for more lead time to plan out their season so we will be releasing the plans earlier this season.
