Masters 40+ MTB 50 mile training plan

I’m stoked to announce the Masters 40+ MTB 50 mile training plan has been published.

This was a frequently requested plan by the Masters crowd. The 50 mile distance is a sweet spot for Masters racers juggling a busy schedule with the desire for continual improvement in their racing. That, along with the popularity of events like Whiskey 50, True Grit 50 and the many other 50 miler events on the calendar landed multiple requests in my inbox for this plan.
