Our basic mountain bike coaching program provides high level coaching, customized schedules and progressive athletic development.

  • Full analyses of Athlete Profile including training history, performance and current race goals.
  • Training by power, heart rate and perceived exertion included.
  • Training account at www.trainingpeaks.com
  • Annual training plan designed.
  • Goals and workouts planned in 4 week blocks.
  • All workouts are specific to your particular needs, goals, and personal schedule.
  • Daily workout details include target intensity, duration, and coach’s comments.
  • Monthly telephone consult.

Terms
$250 per month. No time contracts.
