Been there and done that!
Here is the broken collar bone bike trainer plan to keep up your bike fitness while you are on the sidelines.
In July I raced BC Bike Race, a seven day mountain bike stage race in BC Canada with great form winning 6 out of the 7 stages on an open mixed team.
A broken collar bone means at minimum 2-3 weeks off everything. Then you can hop on the trainer, recoup your fitness losses and make some gains quickly with a specific and structured plan.
