Custom Training Plans

Our customized training plans are a step between personal coaching and following a generic pre-built training plan. The minimum duration for a custom training plan is 12 weeks.

A 12 week custom training plan includes:

  • Full analyses of Athlete Profile including training history, performance and current race goals.
  • One telephone consult to discuss goals, schedule and training focus.
  • Field testing to set Heart Rate and Power Training levels if applicable.
  • Option to add additional telephone consults at the reduced rate of $50 per consult (normally $90)
  • Terms
    One 12 week custom training plan including telephone consult is $550. The 12 weeks are consecutive weeks. Payment is due prior to delivery of plan. Custom plans longer in duration than 12 weeks are $550 for the first 12 weeks and $45 for every consecutive full or partial week thereafter.
