Lynda,
I'm in week 7 of the 50 mile PR plan. Due to my schedule and all the rain we've had, I'm having to do some of my training on rollers. I've been doing primarily the 12×30 CP intervals when I must train on rollers. At this stage of the plan these intervals phase out and I'm wondering if its OK to keep doing these or should I try some other intervals when I must train on rollers.

Jeff,
Stick to the plan and do the intervals on your schedule. No need to add in extra stuff.

I hear ya, but some intervals don't work well on rollers, i.e. one leg pedaling (a sure way to kill yourself) or V02 max intervals that require going uphill. Any suggestions?

I would recommend changing your equipment before changing the plan in this case. You can pick up a trainer most places on winter closeout right now.
